On October 15, 1978, the UNESCO Headquarters in Paris solemnly promulgated the "Universal Declaration of Animal Rights." The text was revised by the International Animal Rights League in 1989 and released to the public in 1990. The declaration stated:

Born in Istanbul in 1963, she graduated from the Advanced Ballet Department of the National Conservatory of Music at Mimar Sinan University.
