Description
Author
working as an illustrator for children’s books since 2004. She has won the Cyprus State Award of Illustration by
the Cyprus Ministry of Education and Culture three times. She represented Cyprus in the 2012 IBBY Honors List,
and is also nominated for the 2020 Hans Christian Andersen Illustration Award, representing Cyprus.
Katerina Zontanou was born in 1972. She studied Physics and works as a teacher. In 2016
she was awarded the First-time Writer Award of the Greek section of IBBY for her picture book
