Description

One of the most typical problems of couples that work out of home have is organizing the week's meals for the whole family. This can be mellowed by putting in a few hours on a day off, and this book explains how to do it.
Mediterranean Batch Cooking consists in organizing oneself so that the meals for the whole week are prepared in less that three hours of cooking without counting the time spent at the supermarket. The ideal day to do it is Saturday: grocery shopping in the morning, a fast and light meal at noon and, in the afternoon, dealing with the two and a half hour session to prepare the meals for the week.
The book contains four complete weekly menus, one for each season, a total of 84 recipes that will save the year to more than a few!
