Description
The world of tapas is much broader than it seems at first sight. Besides the typical pinchos, montaditos and gildas, there’s a whole universe of little dishes waiting for us at the bars: ceviches, omelets, rice dishes, bombas, croquettes, canapés…
In this series, inspired by the classic blackboards at bars, where they advertise their tapas and daily specials, you will find loads of recipes that will make your mouth water. The recipes are extremely easy to prepare and will enjoy a tremendous success among your guests.
