Description
The main ingredients that make up this book are imagination, lots of passion and great tenderness. Karin Leiz is responsible for the research and the writing of the inspiring recipes. Daughter Juliet is the author of delicate illustrations.
Karin considers herself passionate about vegetables and believes that this love stems from a family tradition that has been transmitted from parents to children.
This book was born as an eclectic cookbook to show and demonstrate the wide variety of manners in which vegetables can be prepared.
A book that explains everything you never knew about vegetables aiming to showcase the importance that they deserve in our diet.
