THE AUTHOR
Fátima Mesquita has vast experience as an editor, writer, journalist, translator, researcher, radio and TV scriptwriter. In her curriculum, works are done for BBC World Service Trust, Unicef, Discovery Channel Canada, Rádio e TV Bandeirantes, Grupo Abril, TV Cultura de SP, Fiocruz, among other companies.
She is the author of eleven published books for children and young people, with translations in Germany and China.

THE ILLUSTRATOR
Fábio Sgroi was born in 1973 in São Paulo. Among his principal works is the creation and production of Dr. Eco and Company magazine from 1996 to 1999. He illustrated several successful books, such as The incredible fart, poop, and pee factory, The woman who spoke bumpers, Who is afraid of Boitatá? and My name is not fat. He is the author of The Werewolf Book, Being Human Is… and Remote Control, among other titles.
