Lee Suyeon has grappled with depression, panic disorder, and anorexia. As a suicide survivor, she embarked on a path of healing through counseling, reading, and writing. Her doctor recommended that she write her diary, which was later officially published as her essay 《I’m a Little Depressed, but I’m a Normal Person》. This marked the beginning of her new life as an author. She is now actively engaged in giving lectures on suicide prevention and raising awareness about depression. She wrote 《I Wish You Live》, 《I Grilled Meat on Lightning》, and 《Sadness Might Be a Disease》. Additionally, she has penned a novel based on her own experiences and various counseling cases.
