Description

THE COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE FOR WOMEN IN THE MIDDLE OF LIFE
Today, a woman over 40 can live as she pleases. She can wear whatever she likes and find happiness as a single or in a relationship. She can choose to have children or not, live in a patchwork family or as a single mother. She can start a whole new career. She wants to further her own personal development – though she may first have to learn how to do something good for herself. She has questions about the future. She is a woman, a mother, a friend. Perhaps she doesn’t yet know exactly what role she sees herself in. If the thought of entering the second half of your life makes you just a little nervous, The New 40 will show that you are in good company. In portraits and essays, other women offer refreshing ideas on topics that concern women in mid-life. They offer new perspectives, but also courage to continue on your chosen path – after all, half of your life still lies in front of you!
