Author
In 1981, Lee Heejae began his career as a cartoonist by publishing The Master and Silver Grass. He illustrated the children’s cartoon Akdongi and captured the lives of people in the outskirts of a city going through industrialization in Signboard Star. He has illustrated The History of Korea, My Lime Orange Tree, Sorrow in the Sky, Three Kingdoms by Lee Heejae and more, and received the 2000 Korea Publishing Comic Grand Prize with When I Was Young, and the 2008 Bucheon Comics Grand Prize for Oops! Akdongi.
