Author

Javier Cantera (palencia, psychologist, businessman, leonardino and tintinologist) has a PhD in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, he also studied law and did different masters in business schools. He has written several books in the area of Work Psychology and a multitude of articles on organizational behavior and Human Resources processes. He has held different positions in the area of Human Resources in companies such as Telefónica, Enagas, Respsol, Schweppes, and he is also a professor in several business schools. He is a partner and director of several companies, being President of Grupo Blc for the last twenty years. He is also President of the People and Business Foundation.
