Description

Mom thinks the Little Elephant is very tired. But Little Elephant is not tired at all.
Mom said it's time to go to bed, and all the babies have gone to bed, but Baby Elephant feel that he has one or two more things he wants to do.
Mom asks Baby Elephant to brush his teeth. But Little Elephant doesn't want to.
Mom asks Baby Elephant to lie down and give Long Nose a good rest. But Little Elephant does not want to, because it's too boring.

Author

Birde Poulsen
Danish illustrator who mainly creates illustrations for children and young adult books. Born in 1953, he grew up in the countryside and enjoys playing with animals very much. The writer says he is not good at character drawing, but can claim to be the first Danish animal illustrator.
In 1998, he was awarded the "Illustrator" prize by the Danish Ministry of Culture.
He was invited by the famous Chinese writer Cao Wenxuan to create illustrations for the book "Far Away", which was published in 2015, and in 2017 the picture book was adapted into a "picture" play of the same name and premiered in Beijing.
In 2013, the "Little Elephant" series was selected for the Danish Ministry of Culture's "BOGSTART" project and included in a picture book for 1-year-old children, hoping to bring children a better starting point for reading.
