Feature

★In this book, the authors explore the profound belief that developing one's communication potential can have a significant impact on building real relationships and personal fulfillment.
★This handbook is filled with examples and practical activities, with a special emphasis on the importance of learning and practicing communication skills during key life stages such as adolescence.

Description

Learning to express your thoughts and ideas in the right words, understanding body languages, and managing conflicts in a healthy and constructive way are often overlooked but vital aspects. Greater awareness and communication skills can help prevent and avoid many inconveniences and misunderstandings.

This book emphasizes the importance of the way information is presented and proposes an analysis of the dynamics of confident and empathetic communication, which is an essential element of the current rapid information sharing. In this case, empathy and consideration for other people’s feelings often take a back seat. The authors invite a new generation of teenagers to break dehumanizing communication models and promote language based on respect and understanding.
