Review

Pure pleasure! This book, just right for the times in which we live, is an important educational journey towards greater self-awareness, health, the formation of clarity and independence, and opening up to new horizons.
It provides a light, funny, and interesting breakdown of the psychological complexes in our life in an unusual way that interweaves rich imagery, analogies, and fundamental insights. It thereby provides mechanisms of action that enable every individual to make a significant change in his life, to be his own psychologist, to grow up and develop into a modality of existence that is fundamentally different.
Sharon Gal, a holistic psychotherapist and companion in the processes of development and acceleration in accordance with New Age values.

As a psychotherapist, I found this book extremely interesting.
In her clear and fluent writing, Meirav offers "milestones" that expand the scope and toolbox of therapy. Even experienced therapists will benefit from this book, gaining a better understanding of the depths of their patient's souls and a broader and more creative perspective.
Sigal Tzach, Psychotherapist, MSW, dynamic therapy of adults.

The book is interesting, fascinating, and written in easily understood language. It will enrich the average person by increasing his understanding of his emotional-psychological processes and by initiating processes of change. For those who are already undergoing various therapies, this book has the potential of better clarifying and improving the therapist-mediated approach.
Dr. Aaron Alexandrovitch, internal medicine specialist, psychotherapist, and lecturer at the Tel Aviv University Medical School.

Feature

From the Author:
If I had to summarize my desire and vision regarding this book in one sentence, that sentence would be: "I wish we were nicer to ourselves."
Do I think we should all go to therapy? Yes.
How many of us do so in practice? A rare few.
Why? A whole slew of reasons: It is very expensive; there is no time for it; it is nonsense; it doesn't work; it is shameful to be exposed to strangers; because whatever does not kill us will make us stronger; because it is for losers; or because of leftover attitudes, such as "only nut jobs need therapy"...
The short answer to the question of "How to be our own psychologists?" is "Connect to the part within ourselves that knows and then go on to ask the proper questions." That is something that anyone can do.
This book was written in order to provide a response for the many good and fine people who need help, who need to feel better about themselves, and who do not know how or whether that is possible. This book was written in order to empower the public at large, which is captive to the mistaken belief that we have no power to heal ourselves, because we are not professionals or because we did not attend prestigious colleges and universities.
Trust yourselves more. Believe in yourself more. Dare to feel better!

Description

Do you want to end the negativity and start being nicer to yourself?
Are you stuck, in pain, or suffering? Do you want to stop berating yourself and begin to love yourself more? If any of your answers to these questions is positive, this book is for you. Whether or not you are in therapy, you can improve your condition, feel better, and begin being nicer to yourself with “The Trilogy” – an analytic method that interweaves a higher spiritual perspective into our daily reality, granting a new viewpoint that facilitates change, gets through internal or external obstructions, and even leverages them into opportunities for personal growth.

Anyone Can Do It!
Designed for the layman, it contains practical tools to map our consciousness and emotions, help us understand why we behave as we do, change our perceptions, and find out who we really are. Once we connect with the part within us that knows and ask the right questions from that place, even a layperson can perform miracles.
